- Please note, our minimum survey times are 1.5 hours for areas within central London and a half or full day for areas within the M25, such as Watford, Enfield, St. Albans, Twickenham, Richmond, Romford and Croydon.
- All works carry a minimum charge of £150 and includes the first 1 hour of the site survey, or job.
- For your peace of mind, the site survey fee is deductible from proposed works.
- The Congestion Charge zone incurs an additional charge of £15/day.
- Travelling time incurs an additional fee and is charged at our hourly rate.
